Centrelink – Footscray
Scope of Works:
We area currently working with the services Australia team to deliver a new high standard office space with the inclusion of new LED lighting, an upgrade of all flooring and the repainting of the internal and external walls.This will bring the Centrelink site in Footscray VIC to a refreshed and clean presentation for all staff and visitors for a brighter and safer workspace.Additionally we have undertaken in.
Softmed – Campbellfield
Scope of Works:
The Softmed factory in Campbellfield, Victoria, is a medical grade, stateof-the-art PPE manufacturing facility and testing laboratory. The Softmed factory is the first in Australia to produce the full cycle from non-woven fabric raw materials to end products. Softmed have entrusted APM for their delivery of a full FM schedule to remain compliant and resourceful to assist in all reactive works from breakdowns to statutory required maintenance. We also provide Softmed with daily cleaning of office areas, medical grade cleans of their processing labs and clean rooms. Additionally, We have provided Softmed with a state-of-the-art fire panel indicator and new smoke sensing technology to comply with today’s standards.
Family Law Courts – Dandenong
Scope of Works:
The upcoming complete refurbishment of the Family Court will revolutionize the 2700 sq/m property. The new essential services that will be implemented such as the new Fire panel inclusive of new detectors will provide the safety and security the building users value.
The advanced new HVAC systems with a state-of-the-art Building Management System will provide a more controlled and efficient heating and cooling experience. All new electrical sub circuits and the proposed new security system will provide an unparalleled safety and reliability of the building.
ATO – Moonee Ponds
Scope of Works:
APM is the provider of all base building area cleaning as well as desk cleaning for all tenanted levels amounting to over 1000 desks. ongoing FM of the building in intergral to the upkeep and upgrading of the ATO assests and providing the utmost care and diligence with the tenants needs.
As a multi tenanted building APM is able to tailor solutions to each tenants needs to meet each client’s requirements and expectations.
