Family Law Courts – Dandenong
Solar Initiative:
Advanced PM in conjunction with Services Australia were able to reduce the carbon footprint of the Family Court by coordinating and installing over 100 solar panels to the Family Court Dandenong, The energy savings have already proven this initiative to have been a resounding success not only for the Court but for the Environment. The solar initiative is equivalent to 962 trees planted, 15,977 litres of fuel being avoided and 12,157kg of avoided coal being burnt per year.

Car Park Resurfacing
We pride ourselves on our responsibility to retain and restore the functionality of the properties we manage. We aim to preserve a safe, functional and comfortable environment for tenants at all times. Our Car Park refurbishment enterprise was one such project that was undertaken to provide the building users with new LED lighting to provide a brighter and safer area, Wheel stoppers and re painting of car park lines to assist building users with parking and a complete resurfacing of the car park to provide a smoother, cleaner finish.
ATO – Dandenong
Cleaning Services:
APM was presented with the remarkable opportunity to provide cleaning services to the ATO Dandenong site. The highest attention to detail that APM put into the services was evident by the consistent positive feedback we received from the building users. After only 1 week of cleaning the Building users reported seeing a vast improvement in the cleaning and communication from supervisors to workplace services teams.As a government client there are expectations that must be met and we are honored to have been able to not only meet but exceed those expectations. Providing wet and dry vacuuming, buffer machines and scrubbing of floors is but a small token of what APM has to offer.
Chussette – Malvern
Signage Installation:
As part of our retail sector, APM is committed to meeting the design expectations of our clients as well as their financial expectations. With brand recognition it was imperative for our client to have their logo and name displayed proudly over their shop front. Advanced PM was able to facilitate the installation of new advertisements to the shop windows, overhead signage and banner panels to highlight the location and Brand of our client.
